  宮崎アニメ世界の頂点
　「ご、ご苦労さま、どうしよう、困ったな」。鈴木敏夫プロデューサーから長編アニメ部門受賞の知らせを聞いた宮崎監督は開口一番、こう感想を漏らしたという。 
 
　「千と千尋−」が製作された東京都小金井市の「スタジオジブリ」には記者が大勢詰めかけた。午前11時からの会見には、宮崎監督に代わって鈴木プロデューサーが出席。「米国での公開にあたっては否定的意見が多かったので、アカデミー賞の受賞はとても感慨深い」と語った。
